As far as Dr. Stephenson himself, he's a really great doctor. That's the reason there's a five. I did incur some annoyance as far as administrative office staff and at some point a hard time getting through. ( * I had to remind myself I didn't go there for customer service even though it makes life easier) The doctor personally addressed my concerns and handled some situations that needed handling. Doctors are for doctoring, Not for overseeing pencil Pushers. In the end, the important part was my treatment and my recovery. My focus was what kind of medical care I received and as far as that the doctor is knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I believe he really cares and we'll do everything he can to give you the best of what he has and for that he has earned a five star from me.

My femur repair was challenging. Dr Stephenson has excellent surgical and communication skills. His medical assistant, Marisa, makes his office run smoothly.

I am so impressed by Dr. Samuel Stephensen right from the get-go. What I heard immediately from him was his complete and total confidence in his abilities as an orthopedic surgeon. He is sensitive to all your concerns and alleviates any fears you may have. And before being wheeled away to surgery, telling me, this operation is a relatively easy procedure for him and it would only take approximately one hour start to finish. He totally set my mind at ease. Later I looked at his very impressive training and now I realize why he is so confident and deservedly so. I highly recommend Dr. Samuel Stevensen.
